That's not one of them. I'd've made the same call. In fact, I almost made the same recipe when you said you were making it and I actually DID have all the ingredients, but I also only had Yukon Golds.<br /><br />Instead I tried to turn them into clam chowder, which was an epic disaster of curdled & sad milk & delivery pizza that turned out to be mediocre.
